RETURN & REFUND POLICY Return Policy is valid for 3 days after receiving your original order, under the following conditions: • Item is not consumable. • Item does not belong to the following categories: Skincare or Hair Care products; Perfumes; Custom made-to-order products; Imported On-order products, Consumable products. • Item is not the one ordered. • Item is defective or damaged at the time of delivery. • Product will go through quality check, if validated customer will get refund within in 10 to 20 working days. • Buyer is responsible for shipping cost when returning or refunding the products. Conditions for your return request to be accepted: • product label is still attached • product is not damaged • product is in its original condition and unused • product is still in its original packaging with seal • product includes all accessories, free promotional items that came with the purchase Note: Only Fashion and selected Health & Beauty products are eligible for online returns. General Merchandise, Electronic appliances, perishable items and Electronic devices are not eligible for returns.
